All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. ALL BLAC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

After dispatch, orders are delivered within 8–10 working days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer
  • ALL BLAC is not liable for delays caused by the courier service
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos (if damaged)
  • Include your order number

We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist accordingly.
